Pitch
Your pitch will be allocated to you on arrival, please stay within your pitch area. Any vehicles or trailers which do not fit into the pitch size will have to be parked as directed by the site co-ordinators.

Disposal Points
Disposal points for chemical toilets and waste water will be clearly marked. On no account must members wash toilet containers and waste water buckets at the fresh/drinking water point. A skip will be provided for general refuse.

Playing Area
Ball games, cycling, kite flying and activities likely to cause damage to persons and property in or near the caravan lines is forbidden. Play areas will be provided where possible.

Noise
Musical instruments, radios, generators etc must be used with discretion and should not inconvenience other people. A quiet time between 10.30pm and 8.00am should be observed, during this time if your neighbour asks for some quiet please respect their request.

Fire
In the event of a fire, please vacate the field and assemble across the road opposite the gate. Please leave your vehicles on the pitch, as any congestions near the gate could hamper the emergency services access. If possible isolate LPG as you make your exit.

Dogs
Dogs must be on a lead and under control on the camping field at all times. There are many acres of public access fields nearby for exercising your dogs, all mess must be bagged and correctly disposed of in the provided waste skip.

Speed on the Camping Field
Do remember that there is always a 5 mph speed limit.

Arrival and Departure
Departures have to vacate their pitch by 10am (unless an extension has been agreed by the field co-ordinator). For arrivals the field will be open from 7am to 10.30pm if the pitch is available when you arrive you will be directed to it (if you expect to arrive outside of these times please contact the field co-ordinator to agree an action).

Booking Cancellation
Booking cancellations will incur a £10 fee to cover administration costs.
